Strollers, strollers, prams, pushchairs and wheeled child transports tested to EN 1888 to assess reliability, durability and jam hazard:

It is recommended that baby strollers or pushchairs be tested in accordance with EN 1888 to demonstrate compliance with the Transport of Children on Wheels (Safety) Regulations 1997. This is a legal requirement for manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and distributors of these products. The standard covers a variety of risks and hazards, including chemical, thermal, mechanical, suffocation, entanglement, suffocation and swallowing. It also includes testing of the stroller's durability using rolling roads. By testing EN 1888, you can continue to build consumer confidence and trust in your product by demonstrating safety and reliability.

    Stroller CE certification EN1888-1/-2:2018 standard:

    ★For Strollers, Strollers or Strollers

EN 1888 Testing We offer all tests covered by EN 1888 at our juvenile product testing centre in the UK. During these tests, the stroller was subjected to various strength, durability and grip tests to ensure there was no danger.

    ★Strength test

During the strength test, the trolley will be loaded with a variety of different masses ranging from 9kg to 15kg, each designed to simulate the behavior of an infant when using the item. Strollers or strollers are rigorously tested for stability, impact and durability while carrying these heavy loads.

    ★Durability Test

We perform reuse cycle testing on key reusable components of stroller products to ensure they perform as intended during stroller use. The parking device and locking device were activated and deactivated 200 times before undergoing further rigorous testing. The durability of the wheels on the stroller was also tested on a rolling road that traveled at 5 km/h and had to deal with 72,000 obstacles.

    ★Drop test

According to EN 1888, we assess any areas on the stroller that may become trapped, using probes that vary from the size of a child's finger to the size of their head and buttocks to test their size
