    Product information

Manual test stand is a compact and economical solution for compression and tensile testing of small samples. The use of a hand wheel provides for more precise testing with greater consistency in testing results. An optional dial indicator kit displays up to 1" of displacement. Use this stand with force gauges and grips to create complete & economical systems.

    Application

Applicable to various industries and scientific research institutions for tensile and compressive load, insertion force, destructive force test and other tests. The frame adopts gear pair transmission and manual pressure operation.

The height of the frame can be adjusted up and down, and the dynamometer is moved up and down with a positioning structure.

    Features

Manual loading, vertical installation; simple operation, compact structure, fast and stable.

What Is a force test stand?

Force test stands (force tester) help move the mounted force gauge up and down (left and right) during the testing. There are manual (operate the lever or handle to move) and motorized (press the button to move) test stands. They can be used for high repeatability test due to the constant testing direction.

What does a digital force gauge measure?

The software and electronics of the force gauge convert the voltage of the load cell into a force value that is displayed on the instrument. Test units of force measurements are most commonly newtons or pounds. The peak force is the most common result in force testing applications.
